TWIN 125 HYDRAULIC SPINDLE WITH REGULATOR
A. TWIN 125 regulator disassembly
In the event of a fault, blockage or for cleaning, remove regulator as follows:
1. Release the four screws (4114 y 0037) from the movable jaw closest to the handle. Remove
the jaw (4115).
2. Release the screw (1046) that fastens the guard plate. Remove the plate (4120).
3. Release the set screw (0004).
4. Release the four screws (4051) from the flange.
5. Holding the threaded spindle (4009) in the flat part area using a spanner, insert the handle into
its housing and rotate anti-clockwise to release the flange-regulator assembly from the vice.
6. Now remove the seal (0087). Remove the Seeger ring (1241).
7. Remove the screw (1245). Remove the screw (0621); taking care to not lose it, remove the
ball (0623) and the spring (1015), these parts will be released from their housings by placing
the regulator in the downwards position.
8. Remove the cylinder cap (4136). Remove the pin (1240). Remove the slotted case (4138).
Remove the helix (4137).
9. Fastening the flange in the vice, release the rear cap (4020) with a DIN 1810A wrench or a
strap wrench. Remove the washer (4047) and the spring (4040).
We now have have the coupling assembly and the sleeve.
B. Coupling disassembly.
1. Insert the three pins (0204) into the sleeve (4010). Ensure they do not touch the spindle
(4019).
2. Remove coupling assembly from sleeve.
3. Remove the Seeger (0016), washer (0017), spring (0018), and coupling disc (0019) and uns

crew the spindle from the coupling nut (4021). Remove the three pins.
C. Coupling assembly.
1. Screw the coupling body onto the spindle. Place the coupling disc on the spindle, install
spring, washer and employ external assistance to install the Seeger.
2. Insert coupling assembly into the sleeve.
3. Insert the three pins level with sleeve.
D. Assembly of TWIN 125 regulator.
1. Fasten the spindle in a vice and insert coupling assembly. Insert spring and washer.
2. Now screw on rear cap.
3. Insert slotted case, helix and pin. Slotted case projection must remain to the left of the cou

pling body. The slotted case must move freely backwards and forwards.
4. Install washer, Seeger and seal.
5. Install screw (0621), spring ball and set screw. Install screw (1245).
