Test
Message
Rerun test, if failure repeats, remove machine from service and alert
a qualified service technician.

Turn machine power off and back on. If alarm is not cleared, take the
machine out of service and alert a qualified service technician.
Fill for Diasafe Test
This message indicates the status of
the Diasafe test

Advisory only. No action is required.
Fill Program Alarm
A Fill program has occurred for one
minute while blood is sensed.
Alarm
Inspect for air in the system.
Correct as required.
If the warning is not cleared, return the blood to the patient if alarm
occurs during treatment. Take the machine out of service and alert a
qualified service technician.
Filling Program
A Fill program is in progress.
Advisory
Advisory only. No action is required.
Flow Error
General Flow Alarm
Warning
A single occurrence is not a problem if the machine automatically
resets. If the problem persists for longer than one minute or occurs
repeatedly:
1) Check the water supply flow to the machine.
2) Check that the Dialysate Flow is on.
3) Check the dialyzer supply and return lines for kinks.
4) Set Dialysate Flow in the “Home” screen to 500 ml/min and verify
that the flow from the drain line is 500 ml/min
50 ml/min.
5) Turn the power off and on. If warning is not cleared, return the
blood to the patient if alarm occurs during treatment.
6) Take the machine out of service and alert a qualified service
technician.
