5.2.3. 865G Family Video Driver 

Software and drivers are provided for the Intel 865G/845G 
controller that is integrated on the mainboard. The 865G/845G 
controller allows the system to get better display. When you 
finished the video driver installed, reboot the system and you 
would get the message as below :   

 

You can select the path 
D:\Driver\Intel\845\VGA\win98-me\graphics\win9x or 
D:\Driver\Intel\865\VGA\win98-me\graphics\win9x to clean 
the message.

 

5.2.4. ALC650 Audio Driver 

Software and drivers are provided for the AC97 codec sound 
system that is integrated on this mainboard. The AC97 codec 
allows the system to generate optimal sound effects. Drivers are 
provided for Windows 98 / ME / NT / 2000 / XP. 

 
 

The manual Installation Steps: 
1.  Insert the manufacturer CD-ROM into your PC CD-ROM 

drive. 

2. Click 

Driver 

Install. 

3.  Select the folder Driver\Sound\ALC driver for Windows 98 

/ ME / NT / 2000 / XP to start the installation:   

4.  Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the 

installation. After setup is completed, you need to restart the 
computer.
