TROUBLESHOOTING

 

 

NB

 

 

Before starting maintenance, service or repair operations, and whilst these are in progress, the unit must be 

disconnected from the power supply and locked, and the service switch must be in position 0 (off).  

 

Do not undertake any repairs if you are unsure about or unfamiliar with the exact procedure to follow; in this 

case, contact a specialised service. Before starting and during operations  

Before contacting the after-sales service centre, perform the following simple checks. 

They can help 

you save time and avoid unnecessary call costs.

COMMON PROBLEMS  

The recovery unit is not working at all. 

 

 

Check that the appliance is switched on then start it up. 

 

 

 

Check whether the circuit breaker is closed 

 

Machine OFF via on/off 

 

 

Check the state of the contact  

 

Machine OFF by fault 

 

 

Check the alarm table below and acknowledge 

 

Machine OFF by supervisor 

 

 

CMS mode selected, see corresponding installer menu (parameter PM06) 

 

The temperature is not adjusted 

 

 

Set the supply or return air temperature 

 

 

 

Check the operation of heating mode (electrical) 

 

The recovery unit does not work in reheating mode. 

 

 

Check the electric heater safety devices 

 

No heating at recovery unit supply. 

 

 

Check that the set temperature is higher/lower than the current temperature. 

 

 

 

Check if you have selected heating mode 

 

 

 

Check that all windows and doors are closed 

 

 

 

It takes about three minutes to begin heating at the outlets 

 

 

 

Check that the heater control relays are engaged

 

The fan speed is not set. 

 

 

In AUTO mode, the fan speed is selected automatically according to an installer 

configuration (see relevant configuration)

 

There is an odour in the room during operation 

 

 

Check whether you are using the recovery unit in a smoky area or in a location where 

there is an odour

 

 

 

Check the condition of the heater (Clean the heater) 

 

 

 

Air the room or select ventilation mode for 1 to 2 hours. 

 

The machine indicates a fault but is still operating 

 

 

Non-blocking fault, see the faults below 

 

The recovery unit is making an unusual noise, 

vibration 

 

 

Check that the fans are properly tightened 

 

 

Originating from the air flow gap crossing the recovery unit (see networks) 

 

Water is dripping from the unit. 

 

 

Check the condensate outflow 

 

 

 

Water can form due to the temperature difference 

 

The control unit remains at "checking" 

 

 

Check the wiring of the control unit 

 

 

 

Check the CANBUS 

 

Insufficient flow rate 

 

 

Check the condition of the filters, clean them more regularly. 

 

 

 

Check that no object is obstructing the air flow, remove any obstruction. 

 

 

 

Check the outlets are unobstructed 

 

9.2

 

ALARMS 

When the machine is in a fault state, you can view the different faults. The buzzer sounds automatically. It is possible 

to deactivate the buzzer so that it no longer activates automatically. To do this, change the value of parameter 

PH20

 

in the installer menu/other parameters menu. 

It is possible to view the different faults by selecting the ALARMS menu from the general menu, or also by pressing 

ESC from the main page and then select “

Show ALARMS >>”.

  

 

To scroll through the different alarms, press the ENTER button: the alarms will be shown in order of priority, as they 

are listed in the table of alarms.
