Franking DX-mail
In the home menu:
• Type the desired postage.
The postage is displayed in the status bar.
• Confirm with the key next to
.
• Adjust all other settings for the imprint
(advert, text message, endorsement and
date).
Make the settings exactly as described
for Royal Mail franking procedures (see
chapter 4 on page 28).
When the optimail 30 is ready for franking in
DX mode:
• Position the mail piece as usual and
frank it.
Switching DX mode off – returning to
Royal Mail mode
In the home menu:
• Press the key next to
.
The optimail 30 switches to Royal Mail mode.
