13.17.4 Send diagnostics with Teleset 

optimail 30 allows transmitting the current settings, software version and possibly 
occurred errors to a diagnosis server while loading postage, without further inputs. If 
required, the FP after-sales service has all relevant information about your franking 
machine at hand to help quickly and efficiently. 

• Press the 

 key.

• Select in the menu: SYSTEM SETTINGS 

 REMOTE SERVICE SETTINGS 

 

ENABLE SEND DIAGNOSTICS WITH 
TELESET.

• Use ON / OFF to set the desired data 

transmission parameters. 

• SAVE the setting shown.

With each loading postage (Teleset) the

Information’ for transmitting the data.
