7.0 TX-505 and PRAIRIE BLASTER CUSTOMIZATIONS
The TX-505 and Prairie Blaster have many features—most of which can be
customized to work in a manner conducive to your needs. This section will
examine the menu system in detail and explain the available customizations
that you can perform.
7.1 PRAIRIE BLASTER CONTROL MENU
This menu allows you to select how the Prairie Blaster will operate. From
speaker selections, mono or stereo playback, and AUTO-V—use this menu to
get the Prairie Blaster working the way you want it.
MONO/STEREO
This menu allows you to specify the playback mode of the Prairie Blaster.
To change the playback mode, use the selector to highlight the desired
option then press down on the selector knob one time:
MONO
STEREO
REVERSE STEREO
By default, the Prairie Blaster will be set to operate in stereo mode. Reverse
stereo mode allows you to flip the left and right audio channels. For
example, if you have a stereo sound (coyote on left channel, rabbit on right
channel), but you would prefer that each sound come out of the opposite
speaker, simply select reverse stereo mode. This can be changed during
sound playback.
NOTE:
Make sure you have read and understand the FOXFADE section as
making changes here will directly affect how FOXFADE will work.
PLAY MODES
This menu allows you to specify which play mode the Prairie Blaster will
operate on. To change the play mode, use the selector to highlight the
desired option then press down on the selector knob one time:
REPEAT MODE
(plays sounds/sequences continuously)
SINGLE PLAY MODE
(plays sounds/sequences once)
JUKEBOX MODE
(plays sounds/sequences incrementally)
NOTE:
By default, REPEAT will be set as the play mode.
