1. Open the seawater inlet (A) and outlet (B) valves.
2. Check whether the suction basket on the returnable valve (C) and the 5μ filter cartridge (K) are free from deposits!
3. Open the seawater inlet valve (D) to the pump.
4. Close the bleeder valve (E).
5. If not already switched on, switch on the system by pressing the main switch (J).
6. Start the system by pressing the green “ON” button (F) on the remote control.
The pump pressure of the low-pressure pump should now be 4-10 bar. Check the high pressure side, its pressure
should be 20-65 bar. Check that the green indicator light (I) on the salinometer is lit.

SWITCH OFF – How often is the watermaker put into operation?
2 days to max. 2 weeks
1. Press the red off button (G) for five seconds.
2. Press the blue rinse button (H). The pump starts and automatically draws water from the fresh water tank.
(To prevent the pump from running dry, the tank should contain at least 30 liters of water!)
3. The flush module has a timer for automatic shutdown (1 minute).
4. After the system has stopped itself, close the seawater inlet valve (D).
Do not turn off the watermaker until the purge valve (N) has not fully returned to its original (closed) position.
Otherwise you risk complete emptying of the fresh water tank!

1. Press the red off button (G) for five seconds.
2. Close the seawater inlet valve (D).

Make sure that the rinsing tank / bucket is completely cleaned and free of any grease residue for the preservation
process! Only use AQUA-BASE biocide number 752002 for preservation.
Rinse before conservation!
1. Press the red off button (G) for five seconds.
2. Remove 10 liters of water from your fresh water tank and fill the auxiliary tank (bucket) with it. Add the biocide.
If the unit is stored below 0°C, add 20 % AQUA-BASE ANTIFREEZE® (752004) to the preservation solution.
3. Position the inlet valve (D) so that water can be sucked directly from the auxiliary tank to the pump.
4. Open the bleeder valve (E).
5. Place the cleaning valve (B) in the outlet position.
6. Start the unit by pressing the green “ON” button (F).
Pay attention to the water level in the auxiliary tank! Stop the pump before air can be sucked in!
To do this, press the red “STOP” button (G) for 5 seconds.
7. When the pump is stopped, close the inlet valve (A).
All parts are located in the port front fuselage: the watermaker, filters, main switch and automatic flushing device are
under the bed. The sea outlet valve is located in the toilet next to it behind the cover, the sea inlet valve and flushing
hose is located in the bilge in front of the bed.
