1.3 Warranty
We cover the E-PURE ASPRA air cleaning system with a one (1) year limited warranty.
If, within one year from the original purchase date by the end-user from the authorized
dealer, this air cleaner or any part thereof (with the exception of collectors) is proven
to be defective by reason only of faulty workmanship or materials, Formula Air B.V. will,
at their consideration, repair or replace the faulty air cleaner or part free of charge for
labour and materials. The warranty for replaced parts will automatically expire with
the termination of the original device’s warranty.
Formula Air B.V. is not obliged to repair or replace appliances if:
•
Visible damage and loose-vibrated parts due to transport after delivery is not
reported to Formula Air within 10 working days.
•
The device is not installed correctly according to the prescribed installation
instructions.
•
The device has failed due to damage, improper use, modifications or changes
made after the purchase date.
•
The device has been serviced or repaired by someone other than an authorized
service technician from Formula Air B.V.
•
It was not maintained regularly.
•
There is damage due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters,
lightning strikes, and the like.
Any costs made because of above-mentioned circumstances fall consequently
exclusively at the expense of the purchaser and are not covered by the warranty
conditions.
To secure your warranty rights and prevent possible transport damage, all products
must be returned in transport safe packaging with a copy of the original purchase
receipt. The return must be pre-authorised by Formula Air and it must include a return
authorisation document.
