4.2 Installation of the E-PURE ASPRA P10000
Follow the steps below to install the E-PURE ASPRA P10000. In all situations: never
remove parts from the device.
1.
When receiving your product, check for visible damage, e.g. damage to
transport, cracks or dents on the device and check that all parts are secure. In
case of detected defects, Formula Air must be contacted immediately, and the
device may not be used.
2.
Place the E-PURE ASPRA P10000 in the desired location according to installation
requirements. See chapter 4.1.
3.
Connect the E-PURE ASPRA P10000 to a grounded socket with a connection
voltage of ~ 220-240 V, 50-60 Hz.
4.
Place the collectors in the P10000 as described in section 5.1.
5.
Connect a Ø6mm, 6-10 bar air hose to the E-PURE ASPRA P10000-4C (4C
model only) with an air supply of 15NL / min. Secure the air hose with for instance
cable ties in such a way that machinery or personnel cannot get entangled.
Avoid kinks in the pipe.
6.
Check that the pressure regulator figure 3.4 [K] is set to 6 bar (4C model only)
7.
When using a central control unit: connect the Ethernet cable to an Ethernet port
which connects to the same network as the central control unit.
