5.10 Cleaning of the E-PURE ASPRA P10000-4S
After a given number of operating hours, the system will issue a warning to check
the collectors.
Follow the steps below to replace the collectors and to clean the collector tube:
•
Protect yourself and wear a mouth mask, work coat and gloves. Consider the
safety measures as described in this manual and the measures that apply at
your workplace.
•
Set the main switch (figure…) to position 0 to switch off the E-PURE ASPRA
10000-4S.
•
Remove the lid (A) from the cassettes.
•
Remove the collectors (B) from the cassettes.
•
Remove the grid (C) from the cassettes.
•
Loosen the M6 bolts connected to the perforated tube (D). Then remove the
perforated tube from the filter.
•
Rinse the perforated tube with water and then let it dry.
•
Place the dry perforated tube back into the filter.
•
Replace the collectors and put the lid back on the cassettes.
