Ogni attrezzatura va
riposta nella propria
sede ricavata nei fianchi
(A-B) o sulla base (C ) del
pizza & cucina. La piastra
refrattaria (3) va riposta
molto delicatamente
in posizione verticale
nel fianco sinistro(A) e
assicurata con l’apposito
fissaggio scorrevole. La
griglia carbonella (7) va
riposta verticalmente
nel fianco destro (B). La
plancha e il tappo (9-10)
vanno riposti sul piano (C)
sopra le guide in acciaio
inox.
All the components can
be stored in the trolley, in
the sides (A-B) or on the
basement (C). The pizza
stone has to be placed
carefully in vertical position
on the left side (A) and
secured with the special
hinge. The charcoal brazier
has to be placed on the
right side (B). Plancha and
the its cap (9-10) have to
be placed on top of the inox
parts.
Tout équipement va
entreposé dans son
chariot, dans les parois
latérales (A-B) ou sur la
base (C) du Pizza&Cucina.
La Plancha à Pizza (3) doit
être placée doucement
en position verticale dans
la paroi de gauche (A).
Le Brasero (7) doit être
positionné verticalement
à droite (B). La Plancha en
Fonte et son bouchon (9-
10) doivent être placés en
horizontal sur le chariot.
