Care and maintenance schedule/routine tasks
Note:
If you detect any faults or damage to the HygieneBox between the maintenance intervals
recommended below, you must make sure they are rectified immediately by a service techni-
cian as required.

Inspection of the calves

•
Visually inspect the plastic housing for damage and wear,
and have it repaired by a service technician if necessary.
Hose package and teat
•
Visually check the suction hose, return hose and teat for
damage, leakage and wear and replace them if necessary.

Replace the teats.
•
Have the suction hose and return hose replaced by a ser-
vice technician.
3/2-way valve
•
Visually inspect the valve for damage and wear, and have it
replaced by a service technician if necessary.
Discharge tray
•
Visually inspect the discharge tray together with the stops
for damage and wear, and have it repaired by a service
technician if necessary.
Teat cleaning
•
Visually inspect the hoses for damage, leaks and wear, and
have them replaced by a service technician if necessary.
