4. Installation
The drag hose spreader is delivered pre-assembled and ready for
operation.
4.1 Assembly
The drag hose spreader is attached to the rear of the tank trailer with suitable fastening aids. The
necessary connecting lines are then connected.
4.2 Supply and installation
Ensure that the towing vehicle is equipped with the necessary supply
connections.
4.2.1 Establishing hydraulic connections
Procedure:
1. Connect the supply line.
2. The hydraulic pressure is set by the towing vehicle.
3. When supplied via a control unit (constant flow), an oil volume of 20 l/min is required. This must
not be exceeded under any circumstances.
4. Check the oil level and function of the hydraulic system on the towing vehicle before
commencing operation.
