16.3 Maintenance information
Attention!
1.
Tighten the wheel nuts and screw joints on a regular basis.
2.
Connect hydraulic couplings correctly; check connections for leaks and functionality.
3.
When loading the trailer, the correct load height for the loaded goods must be
maintained (see attached table for volumetric weight). Before loading grain and other
free-flowing materials, the supplied tension cables must be attached and the front
grid must be folded down fully so that it does not collide with the cables.
4.
The push-off trailer features an adjustable axle assembly as standard. Depending on
the towing vehicle, the customer must adjust the axle to the correct tongue load.
5.
If the trailer is parked when loaded, the tongue load must not exceed 2000 kg since
the supporting foot is designed for this maximum weight.
6.
ATTENTION:
Lock the steering axle when travelling at speeds of
2
5 km/h or higher on public
roads!
Lock the steering axle when reversing!
If the trailer is equipped with forced steering, the customer is responsible for fitting
brackets for the steering cylinders (these are not included in the delivery). The steering
cylinders must then be set and adjusted by the customer. If necessary, the pressure has
to be re-adjusted with a hand pump (see drawing).
7.
A test drive is essential!
