Using the chassis lock
Procedure
Unload the body.
Disconnect the hydraulic connections.
Disconnect any electrical connections between the chassis and body.
Fully raise the trailer with the air suspension, or raise the trailer with the optional hydraulic lifting
device.
Attach supporting feet to the body.
Lower the bottom parts of the supporting feet and lock them; ensure that all supporting feet are in
firm contact with the ground.
Loosen the clamping nuts on all four chassis locks.
Lift the locks with the clamping nuts and rotate them by 90°.
Fully lower the trailer with the air suspension, or
Lower the trailer with the optional hydraulic lifting device.
Carefully drive the towing vehicle forwards to straighten the chassis.
A hydraulic lifting device can be retrofitted to the trailer.
In this case, the disassembly process is the same as for trailers with air suspension.
The optional hydraulic lifting device is intended for the disassembly of the chassis
(without air suspension) and body and must be ordered separately.
It can be retrofitted for specific bodies, such as a vacuum tank, to enable higher lifting
of the trailer.
When removing and applying the body, there is a risk of the body falling and causing
serious injury.
Never stand under suspended loads.
Locking the body with chassis locks:
Rotate all four locks with the clamping nuts so that they are positioned longitudinally.
Place the body onto the chassis.
Lift the locks with the clamping nuts and rotate them by 90°.
Tighten the clamping nuts.
Ensure that rotation of the clamping nuts is prevented by the locking mechanism.
When travelling with non-secured chassis locks, the body can slip or topple while
moving. Never travel with non-secured bodies.
