Attach the steel plate cover (#66) to the top beam (#8), main bottom frame (#1) and 
front bottom frame (#2) with 6 M8×16 hex bolts (# 60) and 

6×Φ8

 flat pads (# 55) in 

sequence.

Tighten  all  bolts  and  nuts  with  the  wrench,

Now  your  instrument  is  fully  assembled.

Check  that  all  pulleys  and  wire  ropes  are  secured  before  using  them  properly.

In  the  first  stage  of  use,  make  certain  adjustments  to  the  wire  rope  according  to 

the  actual  conditions.

Maintenance  Methods:

 

To  extend  the  service  life  of  the  instrument,  it  is  necessary  to  lubricate  the  parts  on  t

ime,  this  product  has  been  preliminarily  lubricated  before  leaving  the  factory,  but  afte

r  a  certain  period  of  use  the  necessary  lubrication  and  maintenance  must  be  carried 

out  between  the  guide  rod  and  the  weight  plate.

 

 

Note:  Do  not  use  motor  oil  butter,  otherwise  it  will  trap  dust  and  dirt  in  the  air,  sewi

ng  machine  oil  is  recommended.

It  is  recommended  to  regularly  inspect  all  pulleys  and  wire  ropes  for  signs  of  wear

.

Regularly  check  and  adjust  the  tension  of  the  wire  rope.

 

3.

 

Regularly  check  all  moving  parts  for  signs  of  wear  and  damage,  and  if  there  is  a 

problem,  stop  using  the  instrument  immediately  and  contact  our  sales  department.
