Steamer Platters
Each platter requires a set-up of the following to be placed on the table before the food
arrives: 1 square white appetizer plate per person with extra napkins lining the plate, 1
crab cracker, 1 wet nap, and 1 oyster fork with lemon wedge and cocktail sauce.
Platters are served in a beer tray, covered with a beer tray. Remove the top beer tray at
the table for steam presentation and shells.

Served by the pound with one corn on the cob and one new potato. Our crawfish are a house
specialty. Prepared in our seasoned crawfish boil and tossed in our secret seasonings, we are
proud to serve the very best crawfish. Our crawfish are purged and graded to guarantee the
finest in quality.
Available regular or you can add nitro for 25 cents/lb.
