A.2 Details of functional units
A.2.1 Remote control panel
The remote control panel is necessary for the controlling of the genset and for the interpretation
the engine/generator monitoring. In the case of deviation of the operational data from the desired
values the generator is switched off automatically. The operation of the generator without remote
control panel is not permissible.

Automatic Start Option
An automatic start option is available as an accessory. This includes a separate control board,
which is connected to the main remote control board panel. The Automatic Start Option allows
the generator to be started by means of an external signal (i.e Battery Monitor). A speed gauge
and a sensor for speed pick-up are additionally necessary in addition to the automatic start
option.
