Controlling the actuators
Please note
If there is a failure in the power supply to the CHB−C−... or
to the actuators when the transporting device is running,
this can result in:
parts passing the actuator positions unchecked
the actuators being unable to sort out checked parts.
Check the measures which are required on your machine/
system in order to prevent incorrectly orientated parts or
bad parts from unintentionally reaching the next machine
in the event of such operating faults.
CHB−C−P/..X
Input I/19 on the PLC plug is intended for monitoring the
pneumatic supply to the actuators. In the event of a fault this
input will switch the Checkbox to fault status E 01 by means
of a pressure switch.
The CHB−C−... can control up to 3 actuators for sorting out
good parts, incorrectly orientated parts and bad parts.
