CONCIERGE Icon
It allows to directly call to one or two available concierges.
Users should tap the desired concierge icon for contact him. Depending on the programming settings or
installation, one or two concierge icons would be available.
The tag beside the concierge icon can be customized.

It is also possible to call other concierges different than the ones with icon, dialling the corresponding
concierge number (as same as a call to an apartment)
FACE RECOGNITION Icon
Users can be identified by means of facial recognition.
Tapping this button, the face recognition interface will appear. Users should stay for a few seconds in
front of the panel.
If the user´s face has been programmed and the system recognises him, the door will open.
NOTE:
Face recognition requires some previous programming by means of the FERMAX MEET MANAGEMENT
Software.
