Smøring

En gang om måneden bør stempelroden smøres med smøringsolie og fedt.
•
Udskift olien mindst en gang om året. Fjern låget på siden af den store cylinder og fyld
donkraften med hydraulisk olie.
Udskiftning af olie
•
Stil donkraften oprejst.
•
Sænk donkraften og stemplet helt.
•
Fjern gummi låget på olien fra donkraften (B).
•
Fyld kun på med hydraulisk olie. (Fyld olie på så langt som til kanten af åbningen). Fjern luft
som beskrevet under Fejlafhjælpning (Luft i det hydrauliske system).
•
Sæt låget tilbage på plads.
•
Rengør stemplets led og skruerne regelmæssigt for at holde donkraften i god stand.
• Hydraulisk donkraft løfter
ikke
• Donkraft løfter kun til halv
maksimum højde
• Vogndonkraft falder ned
efter den er løftet
• Vogndonkraft hæves ikke
hurtigt nok
• Hanen er ikke blevet drejet
med uret.
• Der er ikke nok olie i
vogndonkraften.

Make sure to place the jack in such a way that your hand is not underneath the car when
jacking it up.
•
Make sure the jack is placed vertical.
•
For your own safety, before working or crawling underneath the car jack up the car and
support the shafts.
•
Before using the shaft supports make sure they are in good condition.
•
Should the pressure in the jack become too high, excess air will escape through the relief
valve. The relief valve has been set in the factory.
2. USING THE APPARATUS
Assembling the jacking beam
Telescope both parts of the jacking beam, allowing the flat side to be used when opening and
closing the cock to lower the jack.
Lifting
•
Put the car in '1' or engage the hand brake and block the wheels to prevent the car from
moving.
•
Close the cock by means of the jacking beam.
•
Instal the screw jack in the right place (indicated by the car manufacturer).
•
Insert the jacking beam into the jacking point and move the jacking beam up and down.
Shaft supports
•
After jacking up the car the shaft supports should be installed.
•
Lower the car by turning the the screw of the release valve anticlockwise, until the car rests
on the supports. Never work under a car which only rests on the trolley jack.

When you have finished the job, jack up the car until the jack stands are free. Remove the jack
stands. Using the jacking beam, very slowly and counterclockwise open the cock referred to
under A.
3. SERVICE & MAINTENANCE
Regular maintenance of the hydraulic jack prevents unnecessary problems.
The machines have been designed to operate over a long period of time with a minimum of
maintenance. Continuous satisfactory operation depends upon proper machine care and
regular cleaning.
Malfunction
In case the hydraulic jack does not work well, we give you subjoined some possible causes and
their solutions.
