Changing TV settings
This menu enables to set the geographic
area and tuner system being used when
viewing TV. You can also automatically
detect and edit them.
The following options are available from the TV menu:.
Option
Function
Area
Enables you to set your geographic location. Selecting your location
automatically sets the Tuner System for the selected location. Select
from: New Zealand, Netherlands, Italy, Germany, Spain, UK, France,
China, Austria, and Others.
Tuner System
When Others is selected for Area, this field enables you to set the TV
standard: Pal D/G, Pal I, Pal D/K, SECAM L.
Auto
Automatically scans for available channels.
PR Edit
Enables you to modify, add, or delete channels from the available
channels.
Select PR Edit and press – / or +/ to display the sub menu:
Program: press – / or +/ to select a channel number.
Frequency: press – / or +/ to change the frequency for the channel.
Skip: select YES to delete the channel from the channel list.
Name: press – / or +/ to display a sub menu which enables you to
select a name for the channel: Name1, Name2, or Name3.
Save: saves your settings.
