3. Tuning the Gate
3.1. Setting the Power Splitter
How the jumpers are set on the Power Splitter depends on the required label orientation in the
antenna gate. Three orientations are possible

Label parallel to antenna (Helmholtz orientation, Figure 6

Label at right angles to antenna (Antihelmholtz orientation, Figure 6

)

Label parallel and at right angles to antenna with 90° phase shift

Also involved is the installation direction of the antennas. The antennas can be installed such that
the housing covers point either in the same or in different directions (s. Figure 7).
