8.9.8 Lubricating the machine

1. Park the machine safely

2. Unscrew the four fastening screws (1) and remove the cover
(2).

NOTICE!
Inadequate lubrication will cause damage
to components!
– Use only grease of the permitted specifi-
cation.
(Spare parts number of lubrication
grease: DL 009 960 17)
Grease the mechanical parts between the fork head (1), lever
(2) and bolt (3).
4. Fasten the cover (2) with four fastening screws, tightening
torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ft

lbf).
