Starting the Appliance 50
POWER ON Function
This option allows users to select the type of power ON
sequence for the system to follow. The default value is
“
Button -Only
”
.
BUTTON-ONLY
Follows the conventional way of turning OFF system power (via power button).
Password
Upon selecting this option, the KB POWER ON Password line appears. Press <Enter> and you’ll
be prompted to enter and confirm a password of your choice.
After setting the password, succeeding attempts to power ON the system will result to null. For
system to activate, user must input the password via keyboard then press <Enter>.
Hot KEY
This option is very similar with that of Password. Hot-key combinations range from Ctrl-F1 to
Ctrl-F12. User may define this combination from the Hot key Power ON option.
KB Power ON Password
This item allows you to set the keyboard power on
password.
