6.3 – ORDINARY MAINTENANCE
Clean the machine regularly and perform periodic maintenance to ensure good
operation and avoid risks or unscheduled stops.

Check for wear on the bead-breaker and extraction tools.

Grease the runner blocks of the Tecnoservice unit and lifter.
X
Check the oil level of the control unit and always ensure it is
between the minimum and maximum level (ENI OSO 46 oil).

Clean the mobile mechanical parts (guide elements for lower and
upper tool unit and sliding elements for self-centring unit) and spray
them with oil.
X
Replace the oil in the control unit (ENI OSO 46 oil).
X
In general:
Daily:

Check for any alarms or anomalies in the various components of the equipment.

Ensure the emergency stop device operates properly.

Ensure the work adjustment controls operate properly.
Weekly:

Clean the pin on the self-centring unit and spray it with oil mist (Fig. 37).

Check the integrity of the electric cables/pneumatic circuits.

Check for any leaks or damage on pipes and fittings.
Every six months:

Ensure plates/warning signs are legible.
-
Ensure the operating labels of the control devices are legible.
