Faronics Core User Guide
Canceling
To cancel a task, complete the following steps:
1. Select
Tasks>Active>[Task Name]
in the
Console Tree
pane.
2. Right-click on the task and select
Delete
task.
3. The task is canceled.
If the task is currently being executed on a workstation, it is not canceled. If the task has not
started on a particular workstation while canceling, it is canceled before being executed.
Rename
To rename a task, complete the following steps:
1. Select
Tasks>Active>[Task Name]
in the
Console Tree
pane.
2. Right-click on the task and select
Rename
task.
3. Specify a new name and click
OK
.
