How to measure your blood pressure
1. Put on your wrist bracelet following the instructions described in “How to put on the bracelet”
(pag.17).
2. Push the “ON/OFF” button. All the icons will appear on the DISPLAY for two seconds, then it starts to
measure, and one can see “0” or the last recorded measure.
3. When you turn on the monitoring device, the wrist bracelet will start to inflate automatically.
The symbol will blink on the LCD display. The results will be displayed at the end.
