3 or E3
coil sensor
disconnected or
damaged
1. Check whether the coil sensor and the movement are connected to the
airhead for looseness, and the head of the airhead to the
motherboard whether it is loose or not inserted.
2. Whether the sensor is damaged (detected with a multimeter: the
multimeter is placed in the resistance gear 200K position, measuring
resistance of the thermistor is normal or not (the thermistor resistance is
100K minus the ambient temperature = actual resistance) judge is
working or not.
4 or E4
the movement
IGBT over heat
1. Check whether the movement cooling fan is working normally or not
(checking the movement cooling fan is working or not)
2 If the fan does not turn (check the fan power supply Whether the board
is damaged or replaced. Check if the movement has a fuse. If the fuse is
disconnected, the fan will not turn, cause over heat protection.
3.
Check whether the air inlet is blocked cause over heat.
5 or E5
IGBT sensor
disconnected or
damaged
1. Detected with a multimeter: the multimeter is placed in the resistance
gear 200K position, measuring resistance of the thermistor is normal or
not.
2. Check if the plug of the IGBT sensor and the motherboard is plugged
in tightly.
8 or E8
the grid voltage
is too high
1. Using a multimeter to measure the three-phase electric voltage on the
AC 750V gear is normal or not.
2. Replacement motherboard test again.
9 or E9
the grid voltage
is too low
1. Use a multimeter to measure the three-phase electric voltage on the
AC 750V gear position. It is 380V: it is regarded as lack of phase below
320V.
2. If the voltage is normal, check IGBT small connection plate to the
motherboard light couple related parts whether there is false welding or
welding. Re-welding and tinning (or replacing motherboard).
A or EA
the output fails
1. Check whether the input or output transformer resistance is suitable.
2. Replacement output high frequency mutual inductance.
3. Power switch problem.
b or Eb
coil sensor short-
circuited
1. Use the above measurement method to judge whether the coil sensor
is short-circuited or damaged.
2. Check the main board (whether there is a solder dunk short circuit or
solder joint with tin).
D or ED
the system fails
Replace the motherboard.
F or EF
the input
transformer is
open or
damaged
1. Check if the movement power is matched with the reel.
2 Check if the distance between the reel and the pan is appropriate.
3. Check whether the output transformer resistance is matched, or the
transformer Whether the terminal of the connection between the cable
