3.8.3 Connecting the centronics interface

The procedure for connecting the centronics interface is explained below.
To connect the printer to your computer, follow the steps below.

1. Turn the printer and your computer off.

2. Plug the cable connector of the interface cable into the interface connector on the back of the printer. 

Squeeze the wire clips together until they lock into place.

3. Plug the other end of the cable into the computer's port.
