For correct application of the food safety system (HACCP), please follow the instructions in this paragraph

Washing must be carried out using original “Service Line” products, see details on the last page. Any
other product could make the materials in contact with food unsuitable.
Put a liter of cold water in a
suitable container and add
detergent.
Remove the

lters from the

lter-holders.
Soak the filters and the
¿
lter-holders in this solution
for about 2 hours.
Place the
¿
lters back in the
¿
lter holder, making sure that
the anchoring spring (

) of the
¿
lter is in its slot.
FILTER-HOLDERS -

Remove any residue with a sponge and rinse well with
cold water.
CLEANING DISPENSING UNIT -

Remove the filter holder
from the coffee group.
Using a brush, clean the
cover gasket.
Insert the rubber disk into
the

lter-holder with its
¿
lter.
Attach the
¿
lter-holder to the
dispenser unit.
Remove the filter holder;
Press the stop button and
execute the rinse cycle with
water for about 30”.
Pour in a packet or dosing
cupful of detergent powder.
Press the stop button and
press it again after 10
seconds. Repeat this step
10 times.
