In the next New Team Wizard window select Adaptive Load Balancing and
click 'Next'. If you are using a switch other than that supplied by Facilis
and it supports the IEEE 802.3ad Dynamic Link Aggregation option you
may want to consider using that option. However, you will have to
configure your switch appropriately for this option.

At the last New Team Wizard window click Finish. This may take a few
minutes.

Once the team is created it will default to using DHCP. If you are not
using DHCP you will have to assign a static IP address to the Team
adapter. You can access the Team adapter by right clicking My Network
Places on the Desktop. The team adapter is usually the highest number
adapter and will have the name Team: <the team name you gave in step
5> in the Device name column. You should see something like the
