6. WALL-MOUNTED HEATER EXHAUST
6.1 GENERAL
The Kolding can be installed as a wall-mounted heater. The
exhaust is connected directly through the wall.
6.2 CONNECTING WALL-MOUNTED HEATER EXHAUST
1 Determine the position of the appliance and of the wall opening.
2 Cut a ø 153 mm opening at the position of the wall vent.
3 First place the appliance in position.
4 Cut the wall vent to the correct length. Make sure that the inner
pipe is 2 cm longer than the outer pipe.
5 From the outside, push the wall vent into the connecting piece at
the rear of the heater. Any gaps can be finished off with a rosette.
6 Remove the barrier plate from the rear of the heater (see fig. 5).

Open the door by raising the handle on the right of the door with
the poker supplied (see fig. 2).
Arranging the wood set.
Note!
To ensure proper burning, the wood set may only be arranged
according to the instructions provided by FABER (see fig. 3).
Other placement can cause soot.
First scatter the small bag with embers over the burner surface before
you place the woodblocks. The blocks should rest on the wood block
at the rear of the appliance and on the floor.
Place the two biggest blocks with projections on the right and in the
middle, the long, thin block on the far left and the small block
crosswise over the two blocks on the right.
Close the door after arranging the wood set.
