OBSTACLE RECOGNITION  TIME

The anti-crushing safety is obtained using the Gatecoder,  by
way of electronic speed control performed by the 460P.
An obstacle is detected when it impedes the normal movement
of the automation.
The interval of time between the obstacle impeding movement
and the activation of  timed reversal of movement or
stopping can be programmed:

Default: 1 second

1) Obstacle recognition time at full speed

This is the time set to activate the anti-crushing safety (timed
reversal) in the presence of an obstacle during movement at full
speed (not during deceleration).

2) End stop recognition time during deceleration

This is the time set to stop the motors in the presence of an
obstacle during deceleration. It is also the time used for recogni-
tion of the mechanical end stop during decleration.

Default: 4 seconds

14.11   ELECTRIC LOCK  ACTIVATION  TIME

Sets the duration of electric lock activation.

The set value must be lower than the opening and closing leaf

delay times.

14.12  TIMER FUNCTION

The 460P electronic control unit can be programmed for
access control via an external timer.
Use automatic logics (A or S) only.

Operating notes:

1) Closure of timer contact
The leaf or leaves open and remain open until the timer
contact reopens.
2) Opening of timer contact
The leaf or leaves close and are set up for normal operation.
3) If the power supply fails during the opening time period
controlled by the timer, when power returns the 460P powers
the motors to open, thereby returning the leaf or leaves to
the open condition.
4) If the timer acts on the single leaf, giving the total opening
command (OPEN-A) while the single leaf is open also causes
the other leaf to open.

Make the connection as shown in Fig.9, choosing whether
the timer is to act on total opening (OPEN-A) or partial
opening (OPEN-B) of the leaves and set the following registers.

reversing stroke, which facilitates operation of the electric
locks, is performed if set in the FAACTOTUM programming.
