The following table lists the RJ-45 pinout assignments for the serial rollover
cable and the adapter. The left column shows the transmit (TxD), ground
(GND), and receive (RxD) signals, and the right column shows the signals
reversed at the console device. The intervening columns show the pins that
carry each of those signals.
