The DSP Configurator has a software lock that

protects the complex DSP audio adjustments, making them
unavailable for selection in PCS. This protects the DSP
settings against inadvertent changes made by the more basic
PCS audio adjustment capabilities.

This software lock can be overridden, but Extron

STRONGLY

advises against doing so.
