HOW TO USE GRIDDLE!

Remove the cooking grid on left side of gas grill, and then place the griddle as

shown below.

Always keep “FRONT” mark on front of the ﬁre box and using griddle on gas grill left side.
Don’t remove the ﬂame tamers when using griddle to avoid grease drip to the holes

on the grease tray.

CAUTION: ENSURE THAT THE GAS SUPPLY AND THE KNOBS ARE IN THE “OFF” POSITION
MAKE SURE THE RANGE TOP BURNER IS COOL BEFORE REMOVAL.
