:SYSTem:ERRor[:NEXT]?
Description
The SYSTem:ERRor[:NEXT]? queries the
error/event queue for the next item and removes
it from the queue. The response message
consists of two fields separated by commas
<Code>,<Description[,Info]>.
SYSTem:ERRor[:NEXT]? is a query only and,
therefore, does not have an associated *RST
state.

Code:
The response data syntax for <Code> is defined
as a <NR1 NUMERIC RESPONSE DATA>
element.
The <Code> is a unique integer in the range
[-32768, 32767]. All positive numbers are
instrument-dependent. All negative numbers are
reserved by the SCPI standard with certain
standard error/event codes described in an
appendix of this document. The zero value is
also used to indicate that no error or event has
occurred.

RESPONSE DATA> element.
