ADJUSTING THE TENSION CONTROL KNOB
To increase the resistance, turn the
Tension Control Knob (13)
in a CLOCKWISE direction.
To decrease the resistance, turn the
Tension Control Knob (13)
in a COUNTERCLOCKWISE
direction.
ADJUSTING THE SEAT HEIGHT
Turn the seat
Adjustment Knob (14)
in a COUNTER-CLOCKWISE direction and pull to release
the
Seat Post (5).
Slide the
Seat Post (5)
to the desired position and lock the
Seat Post (5)
in
place by allowing the
Adjustment Knob (14)
to “POP” into a height adjustment hole on the
Seat
Post (5)
. Then tighten the
Seat Adjustment Knob (14)
in a CLOCKWISE direction.
NOTE:
Do NOT exceed the MAX line on the seat post when adjusting the height of the
Seat Post
(5).
