A single virtual IP address for the OneBlox Ring may also be configured, and in a multi-OneBlox
Ring, provides transparent access to any OneBlox in the Ring. The virtual IP address presents a
single static IP address that may be on either the data or the management network and may be
configured through OneSystem (see section 6.2 of the user guide). The virtual IP address is
advantageous on the data port group in virtual server environments as NFS datastores may be
mounted with the same /exports/<virtual IP address>/<NFS Datastore> in a multi-OneBlox Ring.
With OneBlox 2.13, the port groups can be configured by connecting a monitor and keyboard to
the rear of the OneBlox. With OneBlox 2.14, admins also have the alternative option of utilizing
the OneBlox Web Console.
Through the web console, enter the appropriate information.
