CAUTION
Risk of crushing and burns!
When changing stick electrodes there is a risk of crushing and burns!
• Wear appropriate and dry protective gloves.
• Use an insulated pair of tongs to remove the used stick electrode or to move welded
workpieces.

• Connect to the park socket.

• Insert the polarity selection plug in the park socket and lock in place by turning to the right.
• Insert the electrode holder plug and workpiece lead into the welding current socket depending on
application and lock in place by turning to the right. The corresponding polarity will be based on the
information of the electrode manufacturer on the electrode packaging.
