An error message appears if the registration code is invalid or has expired.
In this event, please contact the locking system administrator from whom
you received the registration code.
If you delete the AirKey app or app data, there is the option to once again
assign authorisations that had already been granted to the smartphone
without using additional credits. However, this exclusively applies to the
same device and your locking system. This option does not apply to a dif-
ferent device (in the event of replacements).

In the main menu, select
Media & Persons > Media
.

Select the affected smartphone from the overview list.

Click
Create new registration code
and send the registration code to
the person wanting to link a smartphone to the locking system.

Enter the registration code in the AirKey app and the smartphone is
once again linked to the locking system.
If your smartphone has previously been registered to an AirKey locking sys-
tem and it has not been correctly removed from this AirKey locking system,
you delete app data or the AirKey app and you then register your
smartphone to a different AirKey locking system, a message appears indi-
cating the smartphone has already been registered to an AirKey locking
system. You can register the smartphone as usual if you ignore the mes-
sage. The smartphone is created as a new medium and any previous data is
rendered unusable.
EVVA recommends assigning a PIN code. It serves as an additional level of
security. You can also retrospectively activate or deactivate PIN protection.
