Deleting protocol entries adds entries to the system protocol.
5.9.2
Media protocol
>
In the main menu, select
Protocols > Media
.
The system shows an overview of all actions for media.
>
If necessary, select individual media from the left-hand column for which you would
like to view protocols. Click
All entries
in the bottom left if you would once again like
to view all locking components for a specific area.
>
Enter a minimum of three characters in the search field for a targeted search.
>
Set filters, such as "Not authorised". This will list actions where access was denied.
>
Sort the list by date and time.
>
Use the
Go to
field in the bottom right to quickly browse to a certain day in a large
list.
Protocols list all required information, such as date and time, the affected locking compo-
nent, medium and person as well as the event. The "Details" column lists additional in-
formation on the particular event.
>
The "Source" column shows whether the protocol entry was generated by a medium
or a locking component.
Reload the screen from time to time to always have the most recent events
available in the protocol. For this purpose, you have the
Reload
function.
Use protocol settings to restrict the logging of personal data according to
data protection legislation. Open the
to define the personal protocol settings for recently added
locking components throughout the system or per locking component in the
locking component details.
You can also view protocol entries for specific media in the dedicated media
section. For this purpose, select the desired medium from the media list and
go to the
Protocols
tab.
Events where access is denied are saved only if the medium is authorised
for the locking component, but it was not valid at the time of the access
event (e.g. authorisation expired or exclusively authorised within a certain
period).
The battery status shown in the Detail column is always the locking compo-
nent's battery status and not the smartphone's battery status.
