Choose Call – Hearing the IVR message and choosing the extension with DTMF from
the list.

Quick Call – Hearing the IVR message only.
Default Number – The default extension number when the requested extension does not exist.
Record Number – The number to dial to record the IVR message.
Test Number – The number to dial to hear the IVR message.
IVR Values - Lists the digits to be dialed to reach the IVR extensions.
Recording the IVR message
1.
Change the 'Active' to 'Enable'.
2.
Enter in the 'Record Number' the digits to dial to record the new IVR message.
3.
Enter in the 'Test Number' the digits to dial to hear the recorded IVR message.
4.
Press 'Save'.
5.
Dial from SIP the 'Record Number'.
6.
When connected, record the IVR voice message. The IVR message can be up to 3 minutes
long.
7.
Hang up the call.
8.
To hear the IVR message dial the 'Test number' from the SIP.
9.
Hang up the call.
Calling to IVR extension
1. Change the 'Active' to 'Enable'.
2. Select in 'Type' to work in 'Choose Call' mode.
3. Enter in the 'Default Number' the number to be dialed in case the requested extension
does not exist.
4. Set in the 'IVR Values' the extension numbers and the digits to dial to reach the extension.

Seq – The digits to dial.
•
Dest – The extension number.
5. Open to the 'Ports' window and select a port that will work in IVR mode.
6. Open the 'Prefix' window.
7. Change the 'Incoming Calls Handle' to IVR.
8. Save the 'Prefix' window.
When you call this port SIM number you will hear the IVR voice message, this message will be
followed with a dial tone. When you hear the dial tone enter the digits you set to reach the
desired extension.
For example in the above figure settings the dialing options are:
When you enter the digit 1 you will reach extension 9100.
When you enter the digit 2 you will reach extension 9300.
Any other digits will go by default to 9300.
