When you are calling from, or to a SIP, the call will appear in the 'Call Monitor' window. You will
see all the information on this call and you will have the option of disconnecting the call.
The call information:
·
Org Ch – The channel that originate the call.
·
Dest Ch –The channel that received the call.
·
Start Time – The time the 'INVITE' message arrived.
·
Connected Time – The time the 'Connect' message arrived.
·
Calling – The number of the calling party.
·
Called – The number that was called.
·
User Name:Port - The User name, IP address and port of the VoIP.
·
RTP Port – The port that the gateway sends the RTP packets to.
·
Codec - the voice CODEC the call is made with.
Disconnect Button
Each call in the monitor has a 'Disconnect' button, the purpose of that is to disconnect any
undesired call at any given time.
Chapter 6.5.2.5: IVR – Interactive Voice Recording
Recording voice messages and directing calls by the dialed digits (DTMF) according to a
predefined list.
When calling the SIM of GSM port that is in IVR mode you will hear the IVR message that will be
followed with dial tone to enter the digits of the requested extension.

Active – Enables or disables the IVR.
