APPENDIX C: PC TO GATEWAY DIRECT LAN ACCESS

The Gateway has a default IP of 10.16.2.245. If your PC's IP is in a different Subnet, you must define
an IP in the same Subnet which enables you to connect to the Gateway with the PC software and
define the permanent IP.

There are two options to connect to the Gateway:



Connecting directly with a TCP/IP Cross Cable



Connecting through an IP Switch



To connect using a TCP/IP Cross Cable:

Connect a TCP/IP Cross Cable from the Gateway LAN to the PC Net Card.

In Windows, click

Select the network card in which the PC is connected to the Gateway.
