IP RESTRICTIONS
You can define the range of SIP IP addresses which the Gateway is allowed to receive calls from.
When the IP address is restricted, all the messages from that IP will be blocked. You will not be able
to call from that SIP or to register the SIP.
To restrict the SIP IP address range:
1)
On the Main Toolbar, click
VoIP
.
2)
Select the
IP Restrictions
tab.
A window appears with two restrictions tables:
Enable IPs
Deny IPs
3)
Define the SIP IP Address range according to the following rules:
Enable IPs and Deny IPs are not defined - All IPs are allowed
Only Enable IPs is defined - The IPs in the defined range are allowed and all other IPs are
denied
Only Deny IPs is defined - The IPs in the defined range are denied and all other IPs are
allowed
Enable IPs and Deny IPs is defined - The IPs in the Enable IPs range are all allowed with the
exception of the IPs in the Deny IPs range
