The hopper screw does not stop
when the air to the lance is closed
Check the waterproofness of the
air hose and
connectors .
There must be no air
leakage on the circuit .
Check the connections on the
pressure switch .
Remove any air leakage on the
connector .
Check the vacuum valve does
not leak .
Contact your technical service .
Check the compressor belt
tense .
Retense the compressor belt .
Hydraulic problem . Contact your technical service .

The product does not flow at the
projection lance
Check there is no plug in the
product hoses .
Check the product consistancy /
Unplug the hoses .
Mortar or lime projection
Check you have added a
plasticizer in your product
preparation .
Check the valve on the
projection lance .
It must be open
Check that the hopper screw is
turning well

Check the pump wear
Use the pressure
controller at the pump exit

Check your water supply
The hose must not be pinched
and the water valve must be
open .
Check the filter clogging
Clean the supply filter before any
use
Hydraulic problem
Contact the nearest
dealer .
