7. FAILURES AND REMEDIES

Panel command lamps do not
light up
Emergency stop on the hood is
pressed
Unlock emergency stop
The circuit breaker is not
launched
Control the circuit breaker
position, turn the key in the
clockwise direction
The fuse of the panel command
is out of order
Change the fuse
Battery connections are wrong
Control the 2 battery pods .
Check the presence of verdigris,
brush the pods
Battery is out of order or has a
lack of charge
Contact the nearest technical
service, the battery must be
changed . Pay attention to pola-
rity
Electric supply circuit shall be cut
somewhere
Contact your technical service

The motor does not start when it
is cold
Check the presence of
gasoil
Fill up
Check gasoil quality
Drain the reservoir, clean and
refill it with quality gasoil.
Change the filter
Check gasoil filter
It must be changed regularly,
check maintenance booklet,
change the filter
Motor is defused
Reengage the motor with the
manual pump (see motor boo-
klet) then control the durits
Electrical supply problem Refer to problem n°1
Gasoil solenoid valve is not
powered on all-hydraulic
machine
Check the wire of the solenoid
valve .
Check emergency stop .
Preheating does not work
Control the 50A strips fuse in the
command panel box
You have already controlled all
these points but nothing has
changed
Contact your technical service

The motor does not start when it
is hot
First of all Refer to problem n° 2
The motor safety stops the start-
up because of a lack of pressure
oil .
Check the oil level of the petrol
motor (cold motor)
The safety relay is out of order . Contact your technical service .
The oil pressure probe of the
motor is out of order .
Contact your technical service .
